This competition ("Join the TGB Community and WIN") is run by TGB Media Pty Ltd, trading as The Good Builder, referred to as "the Promoter."

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and Sunshine Mitre 10 are not eligible to enter.

The competition period runs from 12:01am AEST on 26 March 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 26 April 2026 ("Competition Period").

To enter, individuals must subscribe to The Good Builder eNewsletter via the official sign-up form at thegoodbuilder.com.au during the Competition Period. One entry per email address.

Current members of The Good Builder Community Directory as at 26 March 2026, or who join the Directory during the Competition Period, will receive one (1) automatic bonus entry. Maximum two (2) entries per person (one newsletter + one directory).

The prize is one (1) Mitre 10 gift card valued at $500 AUD, kindly provided by Sunshine Mitre 10. The gift card is redeemable at participating Mitre 10 stores across Australia, subject to Mitre 10's gift card terms and conditions.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or around 5 May 2026. The draw will be conducted electronically.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days, a replacement winner may be drawn.

The winner's first name and state may be published on The Good Builder's website and social media channels. By entering, entrants consent to this use.

By entering, entrants agree to receive The Good Builder eNewsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the Competition Period without affecting their entry.

The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition. Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Good Builder's Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary, subject to any applicable law.
